Each project is a clean slate, we don’t have frameworks, or any pre-made formulas. We’re not here to just grow big, make money and win awards. What we’d like to see
  • Sourcing, evaluating and hiring top talent within the user experience and interactive creative design field
  • Developing a pipeline and drive recruiting outreach to top and emerging design talent
  • Publishing job listings on careers pages, job boards, and social media
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview status
  • Collaborating with our other hiring teams on process and best practices, ensuring we’re providing a great candidate experience
  • Responsible for collaborating with the top design colleges of India for design campus hiring
  • Having a digital presence and constantly looking out for new ways to find talent on different platforms
  • Creating talent pipelines of high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Overseeing a smooth process from hiring to onboarding
Must have
  • Has 1+ years of working experience
  • Understands social media
  • Strong copy-editing and proofing skills
  • Knows how to write engaging headlines
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Highly creative yet organized
  • The ability to develop calls to action
  • Possess strong attention to detail as well as knowledge of the rules of grammar and punctuation
  • Must have a portfolio that shows work samples
Nice to have
  • A proven track record of recruiting designers who are exceptional at their craft and can deliver the highest quality digital products and design work. Ideally you have recruited designers for tech companies or design agencies
  • Excellent communication & people skills, and the ability to converse with and deeply understand anyone
