- Growing and maintaining talent across multiple departments. That primarily means Product Management, Digital Design, iOS, Android, Frontend Web, QA, and Backend teams
- Screening and evaluating potential candidates to determine if they meet Grappus’s needs
- Working closely with the recruitment consultants to close the open positions
- Responsible for the campus hiring
- Having a digital presence and constantly looking out for new ways to find talent on different platforms
- Be a part of employer branding and represent company at jobs fairs & campus events
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview status
- Connecting and speaking with new candidates to develop Grappus’s pipeline
- Keeping detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
- Conducting initial orientation of the newly hired employees
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an extremely fast-paced environment, finding and hiring high quality talent across multiple levels
- Proven experience sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and hiring candidates from start to finish
- Excellent people skills, and the ability to converse with and deeply understand anyone
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly creative yet organized
- Proficiency in using ATS tool
- We have no fixed work timings or leave policy, you can take unlimited leaves and start your day whenever you want. (Just make sure others in your team don’t suffer)
- We don’t track these hours you put in or ask you to fill time sheets. We don’t believe in micromanaging, if you’re struggling, ask for help. If someone else is, offer some support.
- We never mind if people make mistakes or screw up in any way, and offer full encouragement to help people learn fast by failing fast.
- We always encourage people to be completely candid, raise alarms, or log complaints anonymously in our feedback tool, no matter how harsh.
- We are a ‘Work from Anywhere’ company, since passionate, driven people can work from anywhere they want; their homes, or cafes, or mountains, or beaches, anywhere.
